Client Responsibilites
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, delivery instructions, and accurate description of items being transported. Clients must properly package and secure items for transportation unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Prohibited Items
Mountain Peak Courier Services LLC reserves the right to refuse items that are illegal, unsafe, improperly packaged, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation. Clients must disclose any special handling requirements before a delivery is accepted.
Delivery Times
Estimated pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation fees, wait-time charges, return-trip fees, additional stop charges, or other fees may apply when disclosed and agreed upon before services.
